Dear Hi/Lo Kennel Customers:
The Health and well-being of your pet is our top priority. As the news of the Corona Virus(COVD-19) continues to develop, know that we are monitoring the situation closely.
At this time our kennel remains open and is operating under regular business hours. However, we will follow state and national advisories and do our very best to keep you, your pet and our staff safe.
While the CDC and other health authorities have indicated that dogs and cats are not considered at risk for contracting COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions to ensure the health and safety of humans within our facilities- notably our clients.
If you are ill or experiencing flu-like symptoms and have an upcoming appointment, we kindly ask that you call us to reschedule. If your pet requires urgent care, and you are ill, please arrange for a trusted friend, neighbor or healthy family member to transport your pet to our kennel. If you call ahead, we will gladly accommodate your representative and make appropriate arrangements.
If you do not feel comfortable bringing your pet to the scheduled booking appointment, we will offer car side pick-up. Upon your arrival to our parking lot, you may stay in your car and call the kennel to inform our staff that you have arrived and one of our staff members will come out and get your pet for their scheduled booking.
We want to assure you that our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are and have always been diligent as we are always concerned about the spread of disease within our kennel facilities. We use hospital grade cleaners and disinfectants for our office and kennel spaces and our staff wash their hands and use sanitizers before and after each appointment.
This is a fluid situation that we are monitoring daily. In the event we do need to change our hours of operation, we will post our modified schedule on our web page and face book and will work with our clients to reschedule appointments as soon as possible.
