About Us

Hi/Lo Boarding Kennels was established in 1986. We are a family owned business located on 6 country acres in Simpsonville. We have loved and cared for dogs for over 40 years. Our life is committed to giving wonderful care to the animals at our home and facility. Every pet deserves loving care. Hi/Lo is a small operation, allowing us to meet the individual needs of your pet.

Your pet will be in a safe, clean, and pest free environment. We live on the premises and understand that your pet is part of your family. Each and every guest gets personal attention. We do everything possible to make sure our guests are comfortable and receiving the love and attention they are accustomed to. We are not a large commercial kennel; and do not aspire to become a large operation. Hi/Lo is a home away from home for your best friend.

We have made wonderful friends (both furry and human) through the years. We are grateful for our many long term clients who have entrusted the care of their pets to Hi/Lo kennels.

Hi/Lo Provides:

Clean and pest free environment, one of the most frequent comments we hear from our clients is how clean and happy their pets are when they come to pick them up. Every pet is bathed to check that there are no fleas or ticks on them before actually entering our kennel. They come in that way and go home with you that way.

Mason fencing, doors and beds (the safest & strongest fencing available).

Large exercise areas. (Playtimes are always supervised).

Individual meals upon request (no additional Charge) please have clearly labeled and include feeding instructions.

Will give individual prescribed medication (no extra charge) Refer to Requirements.

Meals are offered two times a day (we often have a large pot of chicken stewing on the stove).

Many discounts are available: Frequent flyer, senior, active military, long term care, etc.

Live In Caretaker.

runs are individually separated to provide maximum sanitation.

Cabana fans on the outside,

All indoor runs are heated or air conditioned when needed.

Great view of the wildlife,

Heated snuggle disc for sore or older pets.

Bedding and toys, if your pet prefers their own bed or toys please have them labeled. we will try our very best to return all items.

Cat condo's are located in a seperate building away from the dogs.
