Our Hours of Operation IMPORTANT: Because of our commitment to maintain a pest free environment we schedule our clients arrival times. We like to allow enough time to properly greet and bathe each pet. We know life can get hectic during vacations and holidays, but please try to adhere to your arrival time as closely as possible. If you just can't make that time, please advise us of your situation and we will try to reschedule you for a more convenient time. We are here from 7:30am till…..but are open for checking in/out during the following hours: Monday through Friday………. 9:00am to 4:00pm (3:00pm last scheduled appointment) Saturday………………………………..9:00am to 2:00pm Sunday..................………………….3:00pm to 4:00pm (Sundays hours are for check outs only) General Information Emergency Fee: If you must check in or pick up your pet during hours other than our normal operating times, there will be a $25.00 emergency fee added to your bill. please call to verify if these arrangements can be made. For 1st time customers: Reservations can only be held with a credit card, just like hotels. we will need your credit card to hold your pets accommodations. if you don't wish to use a credit card over the phone or e-mail you can make a pre-deposit (cash or check) in order to hold your accommodations. Failure to cancel fee: We will charge your account a minimum 1 day boarding fee in the event you fail to notify us of cancellation 2 days prior to your scheduled time of arrival during normal boarding times, or 3 days boarding fee during holidays in the event you fail to notify us of cancellation 3 to 5 days prior to your scheduled time of arrival. Tours: We welcome tours of our kennel. However, for the comfort of our guests, we prefer to give tours between 1:00pm & 3:00pm when it would be the least disruptive to our current guests. please Call if you can't make it between these hours so we can schedule a time that is more convenient for you to visit. we prefer not to do tours on sundays, but if that is the only time you can tour, we will try to accomidate your needs.
