IMPORTANT: Because of our commitment to maintain a pest free environment we schedule our client’s arrival times. We like to allow enough time to properly greet and bathe each pet. We know that life can get hectic during vacations and holidays, but please try to adhere to your arrival time as closely as possible. If you just can’t make that time, please advise us of your situation and we will try to reschedule you for a more convenient time.
We are available for check in/out during the following hours: Monday – Friday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Last appointment at 3:00 PM) Saturday 10:00AM to 2:00 PM Sunday 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Check outs only)
Emergency Fee: If you must check in or pick up your pet during hours other than our normal operating hours there will be a $25.00 emergency fee added to your bill. Please call to verify that these arrangements can be made.
For First Time Customers: Reservations can only be held with a credit card, just like hotels. We will need your credit card information to hold your pet’s reservations. If you don’t wish to use a credit card over the phone or via e-mail you can make a pre-deposit (cash or check) in order to hold your accommodations.
Failure To Cancel Fee: We will charge your account a minimum of 1 days boarding fees in the event that you fail to notify us of your cancellation 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival time during normal boarding times, or 3 days boarding fees during holidays in the event that you fail to notify us of cancellation 4 days prior to your scheduled time of arrival.
Tours: We welcome tours of our kennel. However, for the comfort of our guests, we would prefer to give tours between 1:00 and 3:00 PM when it would be the least disruptive to our current guests. Please call if you can’t make it between these times so that we may schedule a time that is more convenient for you to visit. We prefer not to do tours on Sunday, but if that is the only time that you can tour we will try to accommodate your needs.
