Dogs:

$25.00 per day for dogs up to 40 pounds.

$26.00 per day for dogs 41 to 80 pounds.

$27.00 per day for dogs 81 to 100 pounds.

$28.00 per day for dogs over 100 pounds.

Cats:

$20.00 per day/ 2nd Cat $18.00 per day.     (Required) Capstar $20.00 upon arrival ***applied upon arrival by owner

Multiple Pet Discounts:

$2.00 off per day for the second dog in the same family.

$1.00 off per day for the third dog in the same family.

Pet owners must guarantee that their dogs have never fought for ANY reason. We will NOT be responsible for any injuries inflicted by their own dogs to each other.  We insist on the right NOT to keep two dogs in the same run.

Run #1 through 10 

$48.00 per day for two small dogs.

$49.00 per day for one small dog and 1 medium dog.

$50.00 per day  for  two medium dogs (Medium must not exceed Eighty pounds total weight for both dogs)

Any other combo must be discussed prior to booking.

Run #11 through 13

$51.00 per day for one small and one medium dog. Includes $2.00 Multi-pet discount.

$52.00per day for two medium dogs. Includes $2.00 Multi-pet discount.

$53.00 per day fort one large and one medium dog. Includes $2.00 Multi-pet discount.

$55.00 per day for 2 dogs over 100 lbs***at the owners discretion.

Run #14 through 21

$48.00 per day for two minis (ChiChi’s, Yorkies)

 

Emergency Fee:

If you must check-in or pick up your pet during hours other than our normal operating hours there will be a $25.00 emergency fee added to your bill. Please call to verify that these arrangements can be made.

Failure to Cancel Fee:

We will charge your account a minimum of 1 to 2 days board for the runs you have reserved with us IF we are unable to fill those runs we held open for your pet.  

***** During Holidays: We will charge you the full amount for any & all days that we are unable to fill the runs we held open for your pet.

Late Fees:

If you fail to pick up your pet at the scheduled time, without notifying us ASAP beforehand, that you will be late–You WILL be charged a late fee of $25.00.

Bathing:

Entry Bath

Most of our baths are $25.00 to $30.00 (This entitles one free clean up bath after a three-day visit). However, this fee is an ESTIMATE ONLY with the final fee based upon the condition of coat, flea or tick infestation, degree of difficulty, etc. Dogs that cannot be bathed will receive Capstar at a cost of $20.00.

Your pet will enter our kennel and return home to you clean!

Play Times:

 Play times are $5.00 per segment. Ask about our "Economy Play time Discounts". When you purchase a playtime for your pet the 2nd one for that day is FREE.   Sorry, we can NOT extend this discount on ALL holidays. 

 

REQUIRED-- at HiLo's  discretion, if pet refuses to use outside run to potty, Playtimes WILL be required.

 

Discounts:

As a token of our appreciation for their service, Hi/Lo Kennels is happy to offer a 5% discount for  Veterans, military, law enforcement, first responders, nurses and senior citizens.
